i just brought V3133 last week ago.

last 2 days i still able create the ghost image and burn it to DVD.

but today after i failed to burn the CD by NERO.
My DVD writer become unable to read blank DVD-R, burn's DVD-R and CD-R as well. But able to read original's win xp CD.


anyone have faced this problem before??
Please help.


if claim for warranty, how long have to wait? will be more than 1 month or not?

when i use battery, my laptop become 800Mhz
this is the feature of power now. the purpose of this to reduce the power usage.

wow, their service center damn good

i go to that shop 1st then that shop tell me if u want more faster (1 weeks) u can go to their service center by yourself and just show them ur receipt.

i went to hp service center and they didnt check the laptop at all.
just ask me what's the problems and record down then give me a receipt.

today i went to take the laptop, i found that my window xp detected the dvd writer is SONY one. previously is other brand

that guy says if u buy come with linux one dont have international warranty, unless u purchase come with original win xp

last time i have send my presario v3119 to HP service center and they required me to show the receipt.

but now my dvd writer cant detected by BIOS at all and The bad things is i lost the receipt.


Do u guy have same experience before?? is it i still can claim the warranty or i lost it ?????

i buy from reseller, and the problem is last time i send to repair . The reseller ask me take the receipt and show to HP service center in JB.
