May I know which BT headset are you pairing with your Asus P535?

Thanks.

So one could actually get the P735 + a BT GPS receiver and enjoy the best of both worlds? smile.gif

First Question:-
- paired with motorola HS850 and logitech mobile traveler. but problem solved when I paired with this:
http://www.v-three.com/main/prod_bth_specs...i_1re_specs.xml

Second Question:-
- relatively, the answer is yes. but again....you will have to carry the extra bluetooth module and charger
- also, battery life might be less with the use of bluetooth.....

p/s - I have thought of doing that with 735 and my then Holux 236 but that will defeat my main pupose of reducing all the bulkiness and carrying too much electronics.....i was just fed up with too many devices and chargers.....

pp/s - review updated accordingly on the bluetooth

Regarding the BT headset noise during conversation, is it really that bad? I don't notice any noise though...loud and clear on both sides. I'm using SE HBH 610a.

P735 + BT GPS might be a solution, however I bet some of us are really waiting for a device with GPS and 3G in one. I'm not waiting though, practically speaking 3G aint doing much. No killer application that makes 3G a must in MY just yet.

well , this were the choice i had put myself in ,,

conclusion : P 535 ,

for the $$ of 2688 the bundle of P 535 is really "nice"

1GB mini sd .. with car holder and charger ... with also mapking (oiriginal )
and Skype ... ( for me to connect over my house wifi ...)

well ... this 3 item sure add up to almost of a few hundred RM

1gb = approx rm 70.00
mapking = approx rm 350.00
car holder / charger = approx 200.00
skype approx = ??

so ... my fren ... this is why i opt for P 535

in to my second days of using ... and still on my way to set my tomtom software onto this P 535

well , little problem at the moment to load this tomtom navigator 5 ......

TomTom Navigator?

Are there local maps for it?

Or maybe you're not using it in Malaysia?

Hmm... not sure about TomTom as the exposure here is very limited, ie there's no local support for TomTom at all.

hmm.....i heard the same thing....but can't seem to find it yet on their website....

anyway....i find that wm5 is enough for me at the moment.....

maybe need someone to demo to me the greatness of wm6 first before going through the hassle of upgrading and then installing all the software again....that is tedious.... rclxub.gif

Wow, is the ROM upgrade for WM6 for real?

If its for real, then to go through with it or not, at least i feel that ASUS is actually giving us an option to upgrade, which keeps customers like me happy...heehee.

WM6 has more

1) Windows Live Messenger - I know you can install it on WM5 devies via cab file
2) Full screen for WMP - Perhaps you are using coreplayer
3) Ability to send contacts ! - Something that WM devices should have from the very beginning
4) SmartSearch in WMP - search for songs using T9
5) SD Card encryption

and alot more

WLM is much better compared to the current messenger, you can send/receive files, even voice clips.

You can download WM6Demo from MS site, its a demo slide to show you everything. Whether you need the features or not, WM6 is way better than WM5 even in terms of stability and the space available.

As for where to get Windows Live Mobile - I can't post it here as it is still an internal beta software, I don't want to get warning or holiday smile.gif But if you are smart enough, you shall know how to get it
