Gov deposited the money to developer and then developer bank in to my bank account..

I don't think it is stated in my snp..

In my case i got the money.. maybe because i apply for MyDeposit first then i signed the snp.. not i signed first n then apply for MyDeposit.. U better call KPKT n ask again about this matter.. last time maybe they not too tied to the law, but this time im not sure.. so u better ask them..

I think u cannot apply MyDeposit if u don't have any house u willing to buy.. because when u apply, they ask u to attach some documents regarding the spesific house that u want to buy.. so I think there is no way of waiting MyDeposit approve first n then find the house.. what u can do is just delay on signing the snp after u apply MyDeposit.. In my case, I don't delay on anything.. I just go with the flow.. Luckily mine got approved..

ic.. i'm still waiting for one document before submitting the application. but i already placed a booking and the buying process will start in mid feb. that's why was wondering how long it will take.

1. Ahli Parlimen
2. ADUN
3. Penyelaras Parlimen
4. Penyelaras DUN
5. Pengerusi JKKK
6. Pengerusi JKKP
7. Pengerusi JPP

One of them can sign ur Surat Pengesahan Pemimpin Tempatan

U can ask the developer tu print out 1 document that stated the house price, the house location/address, ur personal details n some other information.. mine is called Borang Pendaftaran from the developer..

i googled.. found adun and parlimen office for my area and called them today.

parlimen (DAP) - overseas, come back to office this week, will received letter thursday next week
adun (BN) - called few times nobody pickup

now i'll try penyelaras adun/parlimen as well

So I finally managed to make my application online on 19-1-2018.

Lets hope they approve it quickly

January 2018: Sign SnP
February 2018: Apply Mydeposit

technically you have to apply MyDeposit first, then proceed to sign S&P. from previous posts there are cases where application got rejected due to signing S&P before applying MyDeposit but still you signed it within the opening period (15 Dec 2017 to 15 Feb 2018) the chance may be slim, but no harm to try just hope they can complete processing within two months after the closing date like what they promised

I think the procedure should be to pay booking fee > Apply Mydeposit > My Deposit Approval > Sign SPA

Thats if you follow the website strictly. Seems some ppl sign SPA even before mydeposit approved and still managed to get it.

Case 1: sign SPA after get approval (follow website)
> pay booking fee
> apply MyDeposit
> MyDeposit approval
> sign SPA

Unless can request to delay 2 months (or longer if book earlier) to sign SPA, else seems impossible to follow.

Case 2: sign SPA before application status reveal, to comply with developer (sign within certain days after place booking fee).
> pay booking fee
> apply MyDeposit
> sign SPA
> MyDeposit approval

Case 3: sign SPA before apply MyDeposit.
> pay booking fee
> sign SPA
> apply MyDeposit
> MyDeposit approval

Case 2 seems more realistic. Case 3 most likely to get rejected.
