Do you know how long is the approval process for MyDeposit.

Been reading bout it but I found that the timeline is quite tight, because you have to do everything within that 30 days from the approval date. Meaning to say we have to discuss with developer/lawyer to hold everything until we got MyDeposit is it? We cannot sign SPA earlier than MyDeposit approval date - altho previous receiver said that they manage to get it with backdated SPA.

Or am I missing something

yeah that's why. the approval process is crazy.. 8 months or are they expecting us to find a house after getting the approval or what

ic.. i'm still waiting for one document before submitting the application. but i already placed a booking and the buying process will start in mid feb. that's why was wondering how long it will take.

thank you very much for sharing your experience ^^ it helps alot. yeah finger cross that this time it will be similar like previous one because i think that mydeposit t&c is quite hard to follow

i googled.. found adun and parlimen office for my area and called them today.

parlimen (DAP) - overseas, come back to office this week, will received letter thursday next week
adun (BN) - called few times nobody pickup

now i'll try penyelaras adun/parlimen as well
