Hi I would like to ask when you submitted your documents at putrajaya is it crowded and do we need to bring all the original documents there as well just in case?
I am thinking to go in the morning for sumpah then go jpn should be sometime around afternoon already.
If crowded then i might need to go sumpah a day earlier. 

for folks that send your docs to KPKT office, is there any procedure, form to fill?
am thinking to send my docs to my family member and ask them to submit on behalf.

Surprisingly, they are open now start today! Limited quota at 2k applicants. Very difficult to apply I guess...

Do you know how long is the approval process for MyDeposit.

Been reading bout it but I found that the timeline is quite tight, because you have to do everything within that 30 days from the approval date. Meaning to say we have to discuss with developer/lawyer to hold everything until we got MyDeposit is it? We cannot sign SPA earlier than MyDeposit approval date - altho previous receiver said that they manage to get it with backdated SPA.

Or am I missing something

Hi, mind to share the deposit money direct bank into your account or is it direct bank into developer's account?

Does your snp state that youre part of mydeposit scheme and that the govt will bank in the amount into developers account as part of your payment.

hi mate, can i ask, i read the FAQ said we need the MyDeposit lulus before we sign snp (which I think it's impossible and normally after booking we need to sign snp within 14days), so actually it's not the case is it? We actually can get mydeposit even after sign snp? thanks

   

yeah that's why. the approval process is crazy.. 8 months  or are they expecting us to find a house after getting the approval or what

ic.. i'm still waiting for one document before submitting the application. but i already placed a booking and the buying process will start in mid feb. that's why was wondering how long it will take.
