I did inform the developer before I placed booking. So they are okay to extend deadline for me to get approval for mydeposit before I sign SPA.

I think best to tell the developer and work things out. If you sign the SPA and fail to get Mydeposit it will be a disadvantage to you (as you will forfeit your deposit if you do not proceed with the sale).

I'm contemplating between applying for this scheme or applying for affordable projects like rumawip. What projects are you guys buying to apply for this scheme?

Ive signed snp in Nov 2017. And applied mydeposit in Jan 2018.
Its stated in thier guide already on applying bfore signing. But ill just try my luck. No harm if i didnt get it.

I believe RUMAWIP if you can get is a better opportunity because they have priced the size and layout for affordable homes. But you have to go for balloting (might not get the project or unit you want etc)

If you use the deposit scheme you can surely get a unit and the scheme if you follow the right procedure. But the downside is you can only get a small unit of condo. I bought The Era @ North Dutamas 1 bedder for RM400k.

No the Mydeposit scheme cannot be used for RUMAWIP, PRIMA.

The deposit will be paid to developer account and you need to get the refund from them directly. I have not completed yet, see how it goes.

Hi guys! Appreciate if any1 can let me know the following information:

1) Where can I upload or where shall i use the "Surat tawaran /pengesahan terkini pembelian rumah daripada pemaju perumahan berlesen"? Because this doc is not required in the application form.

2) How can I get the "Surat sokongan dan pengesahan pemimpin tempatan"? Download from where? How and where can I get an authorised person to sign for me? After i get this surat successfully, where can I upload it or where shall i use it? Because this doc is not required in the application form.

After you login, you have to click "MyDeposit" and click "MOHON". From there you can upload surat tawaran, and also download surat sokongan pemimpin tempatan.

You can't see these from your profile, where you update only your particulars with "HANTAR' showing at the bottom.

You can google search who is the authorised person(s) for the area you're staying and contact them to ask if they can sign it for you, then go and give them to sign. You may not get it immediately if they are not around at that time.



It's best you use pc to update. I just use my phone to screenshot for you to see where the MOHON button is at MyDeposit webpage. I suspect you are at PROFILE SAYA webpage, that's why you can't see those upload links.

Better go and get all docs signed fast, the closing date is in a week's time.

I tried to click the Mohon but then it said that my profile is still not yet complete to continue. I am now awaiting for my CCRIS Report. I am getting so stressed here and don't know when can I get the report. I had sent to BN since last week and ytd tried to contact them and said it is being process.

Do anyone here got the Surat Sokongan Pemimpin Tempatan form? Can email to me (yanhui84@hotmail.com) so that I can get that sign while waiting for my CCRIS Report. Thank you so much for the help!

Yahoooo..After all the hasle finding Ketua Kampung signage, then back n forth to developer office to take Surat Pengesahan Tawaran Pembelian Rumah,
then key in the kod pemaju -> developer name+developer license+building phase(all auto generate when entering the right kod pemaju).

Now waiting for processing and hoping for good news

After all the submission, how long roughly to get know the result?

From FAQ at SPRN website, it is stated that the processing time is 2 months. After that they will send out surat tawaran.
