u misunderstood that para. that closing date of 10 March 2017 is for those who already got Tawaran (applied previously and got offered) to submit the remaining documents to the KPKT.

that's why i previously made a bold guess that the permohonan may be only open few months later since KPKT needs time to process and review the remaining docs submitted by the applicants who got the Tawaran (applicants to submit by 10 March 2017) and thereafter deposit the RM30k to the successful applicants. after clearing up this batch baru open application to public again.

is it possible to look for 2nd hand house first, and if got a unit that I like, then pay deposit (maybe a few k), then drag until mydeposit open and then I apply?
the only problem is the seller may get impatient. other than that?

Hi, I need some advice on the document preparation. Based on my understanding, these are what I need to do (I’m in subsale category):
- Print 2 copies MyDeposit offer letter
- Print 2 copies Lampiran A & fill in by myself
- Print 2 copies Lampiran B1, bring to Pesuruhjaya Sumpah & fill in
- Print 2 copies Lampiran B2, bring to Pesuruhjaya Sumpah & fill in
- Print 2 copies Lampiran D, bring to Pesuruhjaya Sumpah & fill in (attached with IC photocopy)
- Request Lawyer to print & fill in 2 copies of Lampiran E
- Print 1 copy of Lampiran F (I’m single), bring to Pesuruhjaya Sumpah & fill in
- Request Lawyer to prepare 1 copy of Lampiran G
- Request Lawyer to prepare 2 copies of stamped S&P.
- Photocopy 2 copies of bank loan offer letter.
- Request Lawyer to prepare 2 copies of their bank statement (for Lampiran E)
- Hand carry all these document & submit to Putrajaya Jabatan Perumahan Negara Mydeposit department.

Please correct me if my understanding is wrong. I consulted my lawyer but she asked me to check with MyDeposit instead. It is difficult to get someone to pick up the phone at MyDeposit, appreciate if someone that has already completed the submission can confirm my understanding is correct. notworthy.gif

Yes, MyDeposit opens to either first hand (new launch) or second hand (subsale) houses.

the other issue to consider is we have no idea what is the quota left for this program. timing and quota issues

u can pay partial downpayment to the seller, but what if the govt suddenly said no more quota....will your partial downpayment be refundable? or will u proceed to buy the house without the incentive of RM30k?

some applied and got rejected, are u ready for this? lol

yes even without incentive will probably buy anyway
my current thought is if really found a unit i like, pay deposit, and can wait until end of 1H see if open or not.

you said pay partial downpayment, I assume you mean if the house is 500K, I pay 20K, and the rest 10% downpayment is paid by the incentive?

i mean any amount that can keep your seller happy and willing to wait for you. for the scenario u quoted, can be more than 20k or less than 20k

Sorry I am lazy to translate the following email content to English. Just now I wrote this to myDeposit department. I raise 2 questions and hope some of you may answer it. Many thank you.

Hi,

sebelum menerima tawaran myDeposit.

Terima kasih

thanks buddy. so they will cross check all the docs on the spot when you submit? that's good at least 1st round verifying all docs are complete before we leave the office.
