it's pretty much a joke... started a scheme, publish and marketing kuat2. after that no news, no update nothing to the applicants. really sub par standard service from this institution. disappointing

hi guys, some of us submitted our application back in April, May, June 2016. haven't you guys sign your SPA and bought the home?
is there a rules of SPA not sign in order to get the $? and looks like some of the BERJAYA back in October still pending the $ (it's free $ anyway , don't mind to wait). |

10. Surat Kelulusan Pinjaman Perumahan yang telah diakui terima is this the Loan offer letter? not the loan agreement right? |

from Lampiran C checklist, the one need to be signed by pesuruhjaya are all those we need to fill in right?
those copy of SPA, offer letter, HDA and penyata no need to be sign by pesuruhjaya, am i correct? have any of you actually type your particular in PDF then print out? or can only write by hand? |

for folks that send your docs to KPKT office, is there any procedure, form to fill?
am thinking to send my docs to my family member and ask them to submit on behalf. |
