my case:

Apply - 18/04/16 (failed)
Appeal - letter 03/08/16 sent by registered pos (receive a call from Mydeposit ask me to submit a document which missing in their system then appeal success)
Tawaran - 28/09/16
Documents Needed - sent by courier 24/10/16
Email - Encik Azhar email to me & ask for the developer bank statement & HDA
then another officer take over my case.

my developer cannot provide the HDA to me, they only haf form without bank sign..they lost the completed form...
then Mydeposit officer help me to find it & ask me pass to developer sign....
really appreciate her...
I email the signed HDA last Friday, now pending for the payment...

Since I meet the above situation, & get the officer helps, we really can get the money if successful but need to wait...
now i only afraid that my developer will eat my money...
i dont think they willing to help me apply it!!!
HDA is an important documents but they said they cannot give me due to lost!!!

I just call the officer today, she said she pass my case to account department already...
& i was informed that "maybe" need to wait untill early of next year just can get the money...

Early of Jan'17 will release payment again.
Anyone is successful & waiting to release payment now?
I called & was told that they will not notify us when they transfer money to developer/lawyer.
If anyone receive the payment on Jan'17, can update to me?

I submit early, but incomplete, so they ask me email to them.
fully sent is at end of Oct'16.
I called them, their system still pending document incomplete.
so totally dont know what is the situation now.
cos the in charged officer said already pass to bahagian kewangan.
different officer different said..


I also reach the same stage.
Call but nobody answer the phone.
email also no reply.

Nov'16 they said early of Jan'17, now end of Feb'17....

it is impossible.
the developer must have HDA account which need bank sign & KPKT will need a copy too.
Direct call HQ of the developer.
in my case, my developer at JB dont know what is HDA. so I call HQ KL to request it

if really unable to get it, you may ask the Mydeposit officer help you to get the copy.
As at the end, my HDA also receive from Mydeposit officer, then ask developer certified.

bt the way, i have not receive the funds untill now.
fully submitted date is 21/11/2016.
Officer said need to wait, maybe end of Feb'17 will be new batch to release the payment.

I faced the same situation with you.
after seen your comment, i call again to the kpkt.
Call few times today nobody pick up, but this time they pick up the phone!!!!

the officer check & said they haf pass to bahagian kewangan on 08/02/2017.
she ask me to refer developer whether receive the money or not at the end of Feb'17.
seem like bahagian kewangan need 1-2 weeks just will release the payment after they received the documents.
& she also told me the amount to be released. [ it is 10% or maximum 30k ]
before this, I really afraid that their system still pending documents needed.

dont disappointed first although we are really angry.
spend more effort to call.
you may call at the morning or after 3.30pm.
I found she pick up the phone at the above time mostly.
I direct call 03-8891 4026, i think she is the final officer to check the documents & submit to bahagian kewangan.

Just now I call, she ask me to refer developer, if end of Feb'17 not yet received just call back to Mydeposit.
so u may ask your developer or lawyer to pay attention on it.
maybe the funds released already?

may I know how to get the payment advice from MyDeposit KPKT?
I refer to my developer, ask her to check the bank account.
But she request the payment advice, after that she just go to check their bank.

Yes, I found that.
Just remain it to others.

2nd house cannot apply mydeposit.
& now actually no any news about government will release 2nd mydeposit scheme.
I think need to wait untill new budget report.

Dear All, I have received the sms & email to inform me the funds have transfer to my developer. (the record in MyDeposit is my email, so it was send to me)

if you have reach the step of waiting the payment,
you may check
1 - via website: http://emaklumweb.anm.gov.my
2 - fill in No. Kad Pengenalan / No.Daftar Syarikat: 12345-X (com. reg. of developer or your lawyer)
3 - click Semak

if they have make the payment to the developer or your lawyer, it will show.
your IC last four number, refer NO. INVOIS

it is not the payment voucher.
just easy way to check the funds have transfer or not.

Finally, I got it!
Now I still need to ask them provide the payment voucher to me.
As my developer required it to issue cheque to me.

I fully submit my document end of Nov'16.
I received sms & email is becos they update my info in their system instead of developer info.

you can check via website stated, if they have released the payment, it has the EFT inside, u can print & send to lawyer as a prove.
it stated your ic number, can be a reference.
but I dont think it is the Payment Voucher.
Now I still ask them to provide me the PV, but they reply email very slow...

so we must be smart, & put more effort to chase..
bad developer & lawyer will not inform u..

since u can see ur record, u can print as a reference to your developer or lawyer.

your lawyer is good.
my developer no good, even refund also need to wait at least one month.
so if documents incomplete, they will use it as the excuse to delay my refund.

just now i call the officer, she said the website provided that payment status, is treated as payment voucher already.
She will not give me other documents.
