QUOTE(ms749 @ Feb 13 2017, 02:43 PM) I heard some cases where people submitted via poslaju. But then again, there's a risk of the documents might not be delivered to the right people. So my advise is the best to submit by hand. And try to ask for some proof of receipt in case they "misplace" your documents. Better handover by hand. At least they can do quick check on your document if got anything wrong. If by post, later if document not completed or wrong, you might need to re-post again and wasting your time.

OR maybe have a friend help to submit. is that possible? so, after submit the required docs (after the BERJAYA state), no more document submission right? just have to wait them for approval and bank in to developer?

And signed S&P and loan agreement on end of July 2016 as the owner URGENT to sell her house. I get notified successful of my application on last Friday. I still eligible to proceed as I already signed S&P half year ago? Anyone have experience which same like me already go through this stage?please advise.thanks...🙁

I signed snp before "berjaya". Officer said no problem as they know developer/owner love to push us to sign snp early. If not mistaken, got 1 post inside here saying those who signed snp before april 2016 (before they open application for mydeposit), will not be accepted. Correct me if im wrong.

Yes you can have a friend help to submit. They won't ask who you are during submission. Haha No more document submission afterwards. Just wait for approval and $$$.

Thanks a lot for your info given. Just worry they just reject my application after I settle all the thing because the date of Surat tawaran from MyDeposit and the date of S&P is too far. One more thing need your assistance to advise. I read some lampiran require sumpah signature, where we suppose to get the signature?

Please advise..🙏🏻 Like my case, lawyer contacted me when the money was banked in to them. My lawyer just charged RM300 to prepare the surat lampiran G and the verified bank statement and I got all of the RM30k. My lawyer only transfered all of the RM30k once the bank fully disbursed the loan money to the seller. Should be no issue. The lawyer won't and shouldn't take a single sen from that RM30k as it is yours. And I think it is unlikely that lawyer will songlap the money or take a portion out of it since they could be sued and possibly be out of business if they did that. That aside, I think the more problematic one should be money giving to house developer. Some of the people here said the developer even hold the money for months.

I apply MyDeposit scheme last year but my loan application got rejected due to my PTPTN outstanding. Surprisingly, my application for MyDeposit had approved last week. Can I proceed to buy house within this 1 month? Or can I postpone this scheme?

Sorry for my understanding toward BM not so pro. That one no problem. Just bring it over to the nearest pesuruhjaya sumpah and the office there will guide you/ask you to fill in what's necessary. Better to leave it empty if you are not sure and get it settled at the pesuruhjaya sumpah office. Hope this helps.

Technically speaking you cannot proceed because you would need to submit your stamped S&P, which in your case, you cannot get financing from the bank. If you postpone, I think your allocation would be given to someone else, and you have to que for the next batch like anyone else. Better get you PTPTN outstanding sorted out first. Some banks are offering a loan to settle your PTPTN so it can clean up your CCRIS score. My advice, try to sort that one out first before anything.
