Almost 9 hours has passed and i have yet to receive any calls or notifications form their customer service rep.. still stuck with this lousy service.. man i regret the day trading my stable line for this TIME. All it has given me is stress and headache since 3 days ago...

hi,my condo is getting TIEM fiber 100mbps soon.Parklane OUG.
and the original fiber optic cable is not suitable to TIME.

if i want to install TIME have to pull a new cable,from main power room to my house.YES is not looking nice.but any one face this before? and any photo?

Alright guys, final update..
Bro @TXSim and bro @jjj2 managed to help me reset my router n modem along with its settings and finally i hve my normal speed back.
The people working at TIME call center should learn a thing or two from them.

I would like to ask if its safe to download everything without a VPN ?
Since we have faster speed now, do you think its safe to go on a ' wild' download spree? or do you guys think covering our asses with VPN is a must ? Because i remember reading back in 2013 that Singapore's broadband companies had to issue warnings and release info of their clients who downloaded those oscar winning movies after they claim  copyright damages ( if im not mistaken, one of the movie was Dallas Buyers Club). Because trust me , once u guys get at least 100mbps or 300mbs, your fingers will become very itchy one and start downloading like MAD!

TIME been avail in my condo for a while, thinking of switching over it.

i wonder if TIME as of currently is willing  to pay for the penalty for dropping out of the TM contract?

i searched this thread, someone mentioned they will pay RM500-600, is this still avail?

and what happened to the 10mpbs package @RM120, did they drop it?

Is damansara perdana ATC 2 ready for Time? What ive heard from management building is that they are using atc 1 server to act like a bridge for atc 2? They also said they are waiting for Time's schedule for internet relocation.
