Hi,

You need to test the actual bandwidth you are getting between this pair of powerline by using the utility comes with your powerline.

Not necessarily need to go for higher bandwidth powerline.

Your Fibre Modem (ONU) PON light should be on too.

Your PPPOE Username & Password should be written on the piece of paper (docket) you signed after the Installation completed.

If you still can't get it, please do give Customer Service a call at 1800 18 1818 to request for it, at the same time do check with the your account status.

Hi fishuu Bro...please test again tonight ...

Test with PingPlotter or similiar tools & paste the results here or email to cs@time.com.my ...

The hiccups may not resides on TIME network. I will start monitoring test on my side from 8pm -- 12am too.
