Hi there, just today i got time services, wanna ask last time unifi that time i use powerline for my room pc and it work (full 10mbps) but now the powerline max download only 20mbps and max upload 50mbps, but the pc at living room that connected to router is full 99mbps download.

My powerline is Aztech homeplug AV mini 500mbps. How can i increase the speed or i need new powerline like Gigabit 1000mbps HD Powerline Homeplug adapter something like that?

The ping to Eu servers is good now, but I have disconnects every 1-2min, no stable connections, Discord and battle.net disconnects for 1 min and then it becomes normal and then after 2 min again disconnect

I used to have TIME broadband but now had to switch to UniFi. I feel so much pain with the shitty download and upload speeds (I backup PC to cloud service and it is taking forever). Wish TIME was in my area in Jalan Sultan Ismail. All condos near my area have TIME except for mine. Very sad for me. Anyone know how long TIME will take to extend their coverage to my condo (newly build)?

My upload speed has been low for the past 2 days. Usually, 95++.

Just installed TIME recently. The router provided is DIR 850L, seems like the wifi strength is quite bad. I installed my router at the living hall and i can't seem to get stable wifi in my room. I'm staying at a condo only.

ping to 103.28.54.16 is around 700ms to 1500ms. Youtube will often buffer before loading..

wanna ask can transfer ownership? sigh.. i really like time plus the price is really worth it due to i'm existing customer. but my current place don't have time coverage

with bandwidth 100Mbps but going to china is like max out at 1Mbps or even less most of the time,. no matter how many time restart the modem  regardless of what ip, and vpn or proxy, not working,..  Time fiber is lame to china,. my friend using streamyx connection with 8Mbps, going to china server anytime will have at least 2~4Mbps,... sometimes even more than that,... 

try the 360 cloud, or baidu cloud or any china server like kuaishou,.. u will definitely cry,. this is the only downside of Time so far

it's a good deal, the new tenant don't have to bear the contract, meanwhile you don't have to pay rm500 penalty.
if they didn't pay you, they got no internet to use, and can't install a new one 

but it's better for u to transfer the name away, that's the best option

u should ask the advice from @yeapch01 or jjj, they are the support for TIME here.

Hey guys, Is it normal for the wiring contractors to use glue instead of proper trunking when putting up the cables outside of the unit.

I installed Time more than a year ago, but now some of the glue is wearing off and some sections of the cable is left hanging.
