If nothing happened i believe i will still stick to 24mths contract, but anyhow i don't think the router has any good resell value since it is so common and the original price isn't expensive.

TIME stock router cannot simply sell because the serial number of the router links to the owner who subscribed.

Thanks.

That is why those receiving free AC1200 have to sign up the form. As the technician write down the serial number to the work completion form for warranty purposes.

TIME have 3 years warranty from the date that you purchased not the day when your technician installed it.
Sell C1200 also no use. Second unit only RM 100 nia. Not worth to sell. Worth to keep it.

Thanks

Time upgraded speed to 500Mbps. I performed speed test on speedtest.net with my samsung smart TV UA55MU6100K. It showed 70Mbps DL and UL. It's in a  small 450sq ft studio room. Is there a way to speed it up?

I also tested speed on my old Samsung note 3. It seems the old device can't keep up with the speed either, which only shows 220-250Mbps UL and DL. Is this normal?

Thanks

I tried testing on LAN and WiFi on my new Samsung NU7100 TV but it doesn't go beyond 100Mbps. My Galaxy S8 goes up to 300Mbps. Is it the TV software or hardware?

Hi, would like to ask currently I am using DLink DIR850L, I connect my PC to Ethernet port in Wall , and my router also connect the ethernet port in wall to connect to my PC via CAT5e LAN cable. My pc internet speed can only go up to 100mpbs after upgraded to 500mpbs. And my wifi speed can go up to 200mpbs ++.

Suppose I can get 500mbps if i use LAN cable, is it because the ethernet port in wall not support 500mpbs? Any sifu can advise here?

Yes, most probably existing users. Nothing to do with 500Mbps.

Thanks.

Hello all,
Great to see TIME has been keeping itself ahead of all competitors!
Now I have a bit of a headache with Asus router.
Since it has been upgraded to 500Mbps for free, my Asus old router can't keep up to speed in wireless N, hitting 150Mbps only, while LAN cable hitting 500Mbps without issues.

Any Asus router to recommend to utilise this speed new speed hike? Budget is around RM500.
Thank you!
