The LOS light keep blinking. I got a message from time saying it's down due to unexpected circumstances.

Time customer support did help me to upgrade the router's firmware by REMOTE LOGIN/CONTROL.

I receive email from TIME, just click the link in the email, will bring me the steps to upgrade the firmware (AC1200). Just take about 10 min, that portal even can check the currently firmware version.

Since Monday found out that my Time Router are not able to assign auto IP for my devices.
All devices that set to auto IP detection will fail to connect to internet.
Need to manually set IP for all my devices (PC, Laptop, phone, IPad etc) one by one.
It was working perfectly before this. Anyone else experience the same?
Remark: Impacted both LAN & WIFI connection ya.

Relax guys - this week TM asked the minister if they could delay the reduced pricing MCMC is mandating, two weeks ago the TM-TNB dark fiber project fell through. If you have used ANY TM product before you'll know they promise the world and don't deliver.

Got my TIME300 from jjj2 here. Asked for an expedite installation and yes he delivered! So far speed is stable though maybe in the future would like to upgrade myself a good Asus router as in my home in JB.

Im currently undergoing an internship program and renting a place in subang. The unit i rent have no wifi and the telco with unlimited data is very slow (digi 3 to 4 mbps, unifi and umobile below 1 mbps).

I am a heavy user which monthly data usage with a lot of restrictions (watching youtube in 360p and dont open steam) already more than 50gb per month.

My internship will be end at the end of this year (29 December to be exact). Im not sure that I can stay in the same place after my internship is over.

Should I subscribe to time and take the 1 year contract? I heard that the account can be transferred to other people name so I can pass the remaining contract to him. Worth a shot?

LATEST UPDATE: My TIME representative has informed me that there will BE NO PACKAGE UPGRADE even after MERDEKA. As for my earlier post, I did say after MERDEKA but after another round of conversation, he told me NONE at all!
