You can always transfer owmership to someone whom will be staying in your existing unit or another unit somewhere else(relocation charge applies).
Alternatively you can also apply for 1 Year contract.

Hi,

Which Access Point that you purchase ? You should get a Wireless Extender/Repeater. If your room has network point, then you can install an Access Point.
Alternatively you could go for Powerline / Mesh Wifi system.

Hi,

Try to check whether your room network point is linking back to the place whether you put your main router (TIME).

You will just hook up your DAP2310 LAN port to this network point and set its gateway point back to the main router IP.

P/S : DAP2310 supports only single band 2.4GHz, dont expect to obtain full speed as your main router ya.

It's a TP-Link Archer C1200, white labelled for TIME.

Selective customers are contacted to upgrade for this.

5G band generally should be able to get higher than that, anyhow it also depends on your device.
The orange light on the Router has nothing related to the developer cabling problem...what a absurd excuse given. That is the bug of this router, even latest firmware cannot 100% resolve it.
I'm not sure how is the arrangement you and your sales agent, as currently the are some changes on the Voice Home Packages.

Voice Package :
Basic --- No Free Phone, No Free Calls
Lite -- Add RM2.50/month, Free Cordless Dect Phone, Free 30mins/month
Max -- Add RM10/month, Free Cordless Dect Phone, Free 300mins/month

Note that Basic package, actually does Not comes with Dect phone.

For your Aztech powerline solution, try to test the bandwidth between 2 units, and relocate it nearer to each other, so that it is running on the same circuit and test the speed, DO NOT perform any Wireless testing, instead test with wired connection to narrow down possibilities.

Please test it out using another device..and try to play around with the wireless channels.

For Special Requirement, just leave it blank.

Asus don't use Orange/Green as the indicator //obviously you wont see that.
