worth or not depend on ur usage, diff people, diff usage.

but compared to all 30mbps user, paid rm179 + gst for same package, so urs get additional rm10 off, so which is good. but i suggest to double check if its truly rm169 ?

for mine, this is wat they stated in the bill
unifi 30mbps = rm169 - rm20 discount =rm149
hyyptb = rm30( compulsory)

total = rm179 + gst 6% = rm189.74

mine they offer is 169 together with aneka hptv package without gst. no free call to tm fixed line.
modem and router renew 1 year warranty free, and 24months contract which i dun like.

so 169 +gst = it will be 179.14, should be 179.15.

i was say yes yes yes all the way and at last stage to confirm i say sorry, no, i dont want to upgrade first since no free tm fixed line call. then have a nice day and call finish. im actually think more than twice want to upgrade or not..but feels like TIME might come anytime soon. so....tak mao upgrade la

the offer they told you seem not valid.


unifi 30 is RM 169 without hypptv
plus min fee hypptv is another rm30
so total will be RM199 excluding gst hmm.gif
then they give u voice plan.that one is RM 20
but they waived it back so minus RM20


you sure or not later..once the bill received the total is different.

the current cheapest promo right now is RM 199.

-Download speed 30mbps, upload 10mbps,
-no fixed call to tm for FOC
-bundle with aneka hppytv
-RM169 without gst, total monthly bill is RM179.15.
-1 year free warranty renew for current modem and router.
-24months contract

this is offer to current unifi 5mbps customer only which over contract period to standardize to 30mbps.

i actually did some research and this kind of promo actually started last year. some of them receive upgrade for free but unfortunately i didnt have it.

if you check from branches or website, will stated 199 but this is with free fixed call tm line and 600minutes calls.

High rise VDSL2 may not be able to go for 50Mbps, don't even mention 100Mbps.

Wonder what can they offer to VDSL2 users to upgrade if they are already using 30Mbps?

erm...trust? not to say trust but before i confirm want, they have all my details such as ic and so on and they need is to verify with our detail before can confirm upgrade the package just like you asking something from bank. anyway, i decline their offer once i found out someone getting 5-30mbps for free upgrade. so..i just keep everything same as current. Also, i heard alot ppl complaint that 30mbps is worst than 5mbps...maybe depending on area? not really sure about this.

I just installed Unifi 30mbps today, I have a question on wifi connection... Why do I detect in my wifi network got 2 wireless access.. 2.4g & 2.5g.. What does it mean?

should be 2.4ghz and 5ghz ?
it mean the wifi can operate in dual band.
5ghz best for faster speed
2.4ghz for wide signal coverage

2.4 GHz is for wider signal coverage but 5 GHz is best for achieve max speed & stability for less interference

both got pros & cons. google is yr bro. flex.gif

in term of area covered, 2.4ghz is far superior compare 5.0ghz...

but in term of stability and interference, 5.0ghz much superior...

hence, get router capable to had dual band...and also buy wifi stick to had both band... not so expensive by the way... aztech only cost around rm39 for dual band usb wifi...

When did TM start offering 30mbps download/10mbps upload to replace the original 30mbps download/5mbps upload when it was first launched?
