Yesterday night,175.XXX seem ok after getting 25 ms 0% loss.But today morning seems go back to the worst situation which 200 ms and 75%,what the hell actually happened????

I use auto dns and I got this result..u guys try to use aut odns,don't use google dns and see..

I even i got 25 ms n 0% loss packet after ping,but in game still 200 ms..i mean Dota2..

Im having loss packet with Dota2 since 9.30pm until now.Even after reboot, changing IP but still same. Anyone else is having the same problem?
