Ouch
They increase the price already?

Gila la TM
While TIME can offer ridiculously high speed for a really cheap price, TM continues with their arrogance, even dare to increase the price of their plans doh.gif
*

To be exact, previously we get RM20 discount but without the RM20 Voice Pack (600 min calls)

Today the Voice Pack is bundled together, whether you want it or not, you will pay for it.
*
not really correct,u get the Voice Pack worth RM 20 for free for this new promo.

so the exact amount if UniFi 30 + Aneka + Voice Pack = 169+30+20 = 219

but this new promo 169+30+0 = 199

All excluded GST.

Called TM yesterday and told them to upgrade to 100Mb but they said its gonna take 7 working days. I told them to go fly kites. I gave them my terms which is upgrade within 3 days or keep my current package and I will be jumping ship. Activation can actually be done in 24 hrs actually, but these lazy asses are taking 7 days to shake their balls? So, they either value their loyal customer or lose them.

She then reached her boss and everything. Then she read the TnC which includes the line that the upgrade will take 7 working days and she asked whether I agreed? I said I agree if my terms is met.

So let's see how it goes.
*
i know 3 days are more than enough... only they have some hiccups at the back end right now. brows.gif

so somethings need to be done manually hmm.gif

Not a direct competitior
Time only support condo so TM still win in coverage

Most of the time TM-Maxis-Time that provides 100Mbps internet speed will not cross over when it comes to the service area. console.gif brows.gif

(example: no unifi service in maxis 100Mbps area and vice versa)

My installation for HOME Unifi Pro 100 is tomorrow. Just want to check with you guys something. I'm currently on Biz 20 using Asus AC68U router.

1. When the new plan is active, do I need to reset my router again to setup the new acc and password? I would rather prefer not to do this, because I have a lot of router settings set up already. But under WAN, I can't seem to find the option to choose the different Unifi accounts anymore, I can only see my userid and password etc.

2) port 4 of my Asus router will be used for hypptv?
*
no need to reset.you only need to change the login details/special isp requirement to UniFi Home if you want to use HyppTV.if not, just stick with UniFi BIZ where ur port 4 can be used for internet.

then restart your router.

Yes I understand what you mean. That is what I wanted to do. I remembered when I set up my account, there are options for us to choose like Unifi Business, Unifi VIP etc. But now it is only my userid and password etc.

How to change? Just change the userid and password you mean?

You should be getting full 100+ on the RT-AC88U. Unless it's a UniFi problem. Is your BTU the model with the Gigabit port? RT-AC88U is fast, it should have no problems even handling TIME 500mbps.

or the bottleneck is at the receiver end.

Do I have to trigger or past over 600 minutes to get "FREE calls to TM Fixed Lines nationwide"?
I never know if my friends use TM Fixed lines or use the phone all the time so I don't know  bangwall.gif
*
UniFi to any TM fix lines is always free
first 600 minutes free to all non TM fix lines including mobile
then flat rate 10 cents after 600 minutes finish.

kapishh ?
