Getting Started

Guys, having this packet loss issue for about a month now. Lodged a complaint, technician came and check signal strength, changed modem & router etc but I'm still getting packet loss. TM just won't accept that the problem is probably on their side. Mind giving me some advice? PS: I already lodged an MCMC report few weeks back. Attached thumbnail(s)

Hey everyone I'm having problem with my HyppTV since April and I've been calling TM every Friday about the same problem. Nothing seems to change. Anyone have the same problem as me? How do I report to KPDNKK or MCMC/SKMM or CFM? Normally I kill the apps then open iflix using a browser, than when I manage to automatically log in, I relaunch the app. I think iflix seems better in detecting Unifi using logging in via browser than via apps. There is no username @ password for iflix unifi. It detects that you are on unifi and log in automatically.

Today received SMS with report ID and also standard response saying will look into the case. Let's see if they can fix my 28Mbps issue.

OKAY.... hopefully they will fix ur issue.. report to us the result  For my case my first day subscribe VIP 20 cannot reach 20mbps also.. always stuck at 18-19mbps... Last week reported my router problem to tm, today the technician came and replace new router but too bad it is not the d-link 850L. However, this router comes with dual band as well, but I can't seem to change the wireless settings or change dns on this router. :/
