They lied.... My issue regarding router replacement/exchange also got the same message as well....

so apparently TM is giving free upgrade from 5 Mbps to 10 Mbps

I asked them what is the criteria and this is what they DM on twitter:

For the time being, this promotion only eligible for selected customer. You may refer below for criteria customer selected :
1. Active customer currently subscribed VIP5 without Pack at RM149
2. Tenure with TM more than 36 months.
3. Good payment behavior

Topkek. Need to be with them for >36 months.

hi!
i have seen recently people were getting free upgrade from VIP 5 to VIP10 for free.
anyone got free upgrade from VIP10?
i have been with Unifi since year 2010.
i'm on VIP10 try and buy migration package for rm149/month (before unifi was officially rolled out i was one of the people that got selected to test out unifi).
should i just complain to mcmc and demand for a free upgrade?
any thoughts?

I think I've received those kind of msg during my report last year. and resulting my case close without solving because I'm not at home and the CS cannot contact me.
