im currently on unifi 50mbps plan. im experiencing sudden cut off for like a few minutes very often. i tried calling tm, as usual, was told to reset and blablabla but it's still the same. anyone experiencing the same thing.

Used to have this problem. It was due to a faulty power adapter for the BTU. Changed then ok. Check to see if your BTU reboots itself every few minutes.

Did any of you guys get notified of the installation date and time via sms? I find it odd that I did not receive any confirmation call hmm..

Planning to up to unifi 100mbps. From 50 to 100 just call up and good to go. No modem nothing. RM316.95nett permonth (2 years contract). To downgrade before 2 years (RM200.00 penalty). To 100% termination (RM500.00)

Still thinking to or not to hurmmmm

Guys.... My wifi router sudden no internet..... Normally the light for WAN and Internet will blink or has light..... Now no light at all.. WLAN is ok so wofi is ok.... But no internet.....

How how?? The light LAN1 which i ise to connect yo my router is blink once a while....

eh got problem ka now? internet slow la, cant stream HD vid on youtube properly keep buffering, 30mb also like this aiya

No problem for me now. However, YouTube videos depend on server... Some fast, some not. Only UniFi. bangwall.gif

RDP session over VPN is dropping out every 10-15 minutes for 30 seconds or so, annoying when you're in the middle of something.

At least latency isn't too bad like it was when the cable issue first started.

haha well if money is not the problem, then you re good to go. But, still not worth it lah bro. Im sure there must be some new offer coming soon for existing unifi customer in competing Time. Lets sit tight, wait and see icon_idea.gif

But the problem is Time isn't a competitor to UniFi.
