What is the procedure to cancel Unifi ? Need 1 month notice and still need to pay for that one more ? Normally Unifi 1st bill change us 1 month advance is it will use it during we ask for cancelation ?

my Unifi Advance 30 suddenly become 22Mbps download, 10Mbps upload, monitor the speedtest for a week already still ~22Mbps download only, when I apply for 30Mbps in mid of March, it can reach 31.xMbps download and 10.xMbps

I am using RT-AC56U, and speedtest done through Gigabit LAN from my PC, should i call 100 to complain?
