That's been the plan.. I've already whetted their appetite to retain me by them calling before and we negotiated over a few days, before I declined their "no difference" offer.. Been with them a couple of years, always paid promptly.. So will see how loyalty is rewarded...

I believe you've already taken the upgrade with Aneka pack for RM299... I'm still on the older VIP10 Plan with waived fees on the Hypptv Mega Pack. Some similar subscribers who've upgraded to the ADV30 plan managed to negotiate the free Mega Pack into their current bundle. I was offered a similar deal but declined mainly because they refused to upgrade the much older equipment with the newer ones & include the free voice plan. They had no problems renewing the contract for another 24 months.. I wasn't pleased with that and so awaiting contract termination.

i think u should call TM about this...when i apply the upgrade on 1st apr through 100, the officer told me, if i am using HG850a, they will change new btu for me. on 9th apr morning the tech come, straight away the tech replace the btu and router then only start to configure and call TM to activate 100Mbps for my account.

100mbps port is just on paper but when we calculate overhead and other factors, you'll achieve less than 100mbps due to a limitation from the LAN port.

True, tested myself with a FE and GE port. FE never hits the 100Mb range.

the speed profile configures at BRAS level is 10% more than advertised speed.

so after included overhead,if you use gigabit BTU u should get around 100Mbps instead of less than 100Mbps if using FE BTU.

that 200Mbps speed,that one is aggregate speed if you use LAN 1 and LAN 2 together.

I heard that unifi 30 still avail at rm179 until 15th true or not, want to upgrade but worry tm billing cannot be trusted, still will charge the new fees

Unifi offer my company RM379 for 100mbps/50mbps line. good to take?

I'm using 100MBps and so far running speedtests I noticed only if use laptop or pc (windows) will I get 100MBps++

But if using phone or tablet (android) to run the speedtest will only get 75MBps to 95MBps ish..

Was told by the technician he encountered the same in other 100MBps users.. So anyone else on 100MBps experience the same?

Me...they replace my old btu HG850a and router DIR-615 with HG8240w and DIR-850l... I think I did mention many times before but I already keep the DIR--850L in the box,  I am using my own router TP-Link Archer C2600.
