The x2 is fused claptons. It has 2 core wires inside and wrapped around with a thinner wire.

Different in taste, sure. Fused clapton is always > normal claptons. But claptons in general always provides more intense flavor and large clouds then normal regular round wire, not to say round wire is taste bad or anything. It all comes down to your preference really.

Give it a try, try rocking it at high wattages.

Different mass, different power requirements hence different ramp up time. What that does to flavour I'm not so sure though.

Personally, the advantages of Claptons is outweighed by the power requirements for me, especially as I don't run high wattage multi-batt mods. A properly done twisted already provides at least 60-70% of Clap performance IMHO, with less building hassle (Claps are springy as heck) and power req.

That said, even a twisted dual coil setup bleeds battery life on a single mod lol - I barely can get half a day of heavy-medium vaping out of my VTC+V2... and I'm not even pushing high wattage out of it lol.

Really? Now extremely thankful I didn't cheapen out on my V2 clone (was quite tempted to get the 40 bucks one lol) and got the Beco. Even now the cap is still tight as a cherry.

That said, as 6oLsh0i_6o0z3 pointed out, which SKU? The one with the extra screws? Coz that one looks like the Beco to me, at least as far as the goodies included are concerned.

BTW, finally got a taste of The Lab's #08 and #13. Personally prefer the #08, but both is not bad as far as my quick taste testing could tell me. Personally feel that #13 has too much jelly in it lol.

Funnily enough, after searching so hard for it, apparently one of the B&Ms around my homebase was carrying it lol. And no wonder searching for the makers here around KL yielded no Goog-hits, the folks at The Lab is JB based.

Also, got around to testing twisted SS on the 'Cado but not sure I really like running the 'Cado this way though. Initial flavour/vapour density increase *was* there, but it does gunk up so easily that I could see it needing a rewick far faster than normal coils - too fast for a "fuss-free daily carry" mod anyway.

It was also confusing the Joyetech chip somewhat too, a whole lot more than normal contact SS does anyway. So yeah, prolly back to "normal" coils next time... maybe spaced.
