Guys,
since I normally charge my phone before bedtime overnight is it better to turn of fast charging or will it make no difference to the life expectancy of the battery?

Maybe you set the auto restart? You can set it in battery section if I'm not wrong.

Don't know why, today the weird thing happened again for my S7E. The fingerprint sensor show no match and vibrate everytime I power on my screen, I didn't put my finger on it nor use my finger to press the home button. I put in my pocket and work. I'm a waiter, sweat a lot, maybe the sweat vapour get inside the sensor and messing around with the sensor? But this phone is waterproof, shouldn't be like that right?

Update: Now the problem seems go away d... I really thinking is it my sweat vapour inside the phone messing with the sensor?

Usually i do factory reset after bought new phone
For this s7 edge, me intentionally not rest it, for testing purpose
To my surprise, the phone experince 2 to 3 times hang perday

After reset, no more hang

Isn't the phone already in pre factory reset out of the box. When you first start up u have to go through all those steps like a factory reset mah. unsure.gif

I had been using this phone since 18 March and had NEVER EVER experience any freezing, sudden restart at all
Such issues are usually due to some incompatible apps especially system type app, memory managers, battery booster, auto task killers etc ( TOTALLY unnecessary and useless I deemed) or some app installed through unknown/unofficial apk
One need to check one's apps to isolate the problems
If after a factory reset and you still faced such issues than send in service center to check motherboard

Clean and wipe the home button a bit. Maybe the sweat and dust accumulate around the area that makes the sensor think that you put your finger on it.

If an issue doesnt happen to ur unit (yet), or maybe it happens and some of u just choose to ignore it, doenst mean the issue doesnt exist. if only one reported the issue, that might be isolated case, if there are multiple ppl reported, it's different story.

This has happened to my unit few times, especially when surfing net using Chrome, the phone just hang and rebooted by itself. In addition, there are too many bloatware that cant be uninstalled from this phone but only can disable it. E.g. Facebook, seriously, since when FB become one of the essential app that MUST exist in the phone?

Disabled is as good as uninstalled. Maybe chrome was your issue.
