Just checking in if anyone had any luck calling in to waive KF Plat AF so far?

I've been on the lookout for the announcement as well, but seen none. I'm also hoping for the monthly draw.


ive also have been tracking winners of the 2023 year end campaign. winnners were supposed to go paris Olympic games (and win Mercedes, iphones, amongst others). i found zero clue in 2024 in regards of this contest winners, also messaged maybank in fb but was given the run around over weeks and never got a straight answer from them in the end.

recently this year, i found some random maybank website link announcing the winners, all different prizes were separated into different web-links pdfs and not one single webpage that announces or lists the winners. in the website url,it is written 2025, it is anyone's guess what it could mean. still, i found no winner's list for the "Paris Olympic" prize.

You had success with Gold?? Then it shouldn't be that different with Plat

different. There was clear instruction with the gold (spend 9k). There was also clear instruction with the plat (no waiver possible).

Ahh ok, my wife showed me a social media post on some advertisement page (not MBB) for the KF Plat where the AF they wrote contact CS for waiver.
Maybe it is possible.

Just applied for Krisflyer Plat cards + 3 supps.
I'll cancel after 1 year if they don't allow to waive the AF

How did you add the Amex inside your payment option? They only allow Visa & MC. Entering the Amex card number it will say card brand is not supported...

Ahh you can add amex card payment when checking out to pay an item. But you can't add the amex card in your payment option in settings...

Btw, do you know if you get miles for topping up e-wallet?
