Use Shopee SPay Later as a complement to Amex. For any merchants that doesn't accept Amex, just scan qr and pay with spay later then settle the lumpsum amount with Amex. That way basically can cover most of the expenses already.

Tq bro. Tried using it already.nice. But the Amex point still remains at 5 when use this method.?

Hi, can check if anyone having issue with MAE notification? Recent MAE did not push any transaction notification. Not sure due to iOS26.

SPay Later QR is paying directly from the credit card? Not from Shopee Ewallet right?
*
Not the shopee wallet. I normally scan the qr code then select spay 1month 0% instalment. Then end of month pay the bill with amex, will be considered as online shopping.

This method is more suitable for the Krisflyer amex to solved the limited merchant problem. If you using the amex from 2 cards premier, this method will just get the normal 2 points for local spend, you might as well pay use the visa.

Wtf i've been using spaylater all these while without knowing they charge a 1.5% processing fee per month.
That means i have been paying 4.5% extra charge for 3 months just to use Amex.
I only just realised today when i was making a big purchase of RM12,590 split into 3 payments.
RM2,590 - 1st payment became RM2,881.50 & RM5,000 2nd oayment became RM5,225
I paid RM341.55 just for shopee processing fee for nuts! So pissed, this makes spaylater totally not worth it just to utilise Amex...

I'd never expect people would give advise on a payment with such a high processing fee! That's mad, not even interest fee. Worse than banks sweat.gif

I am considering the Plat Charge Card now considering my spending patterns.
However, what other Visa / Master do you pay with this Plat Charge Card.

Mind sharing?

Anyone managed to ask for annual fee waiver, even without the 80k spending?

That's a cool combination .... I was also in assessment phrase now that I realize the WE that I am holding isn't giving me good TP enough regardless how much I tried to spend.

Hey Everyone:-
I wonder if you're facing the same problem as I am having as shown in this image. The amount showed in my M2U total spending isn't tally with what I am actually spending, even if I select the individual cards that I have. It's a huge difference in amount and the % isn't reflecting correct e.g. I had swiped a huge amount but this wasn't reflecting correct in the % (on the right side of the page).

I also think whether it's takes time to update this page, been a week and transaction has already appeared in my supp card account.
