Has anybody managed to increase their credit limit by submitting EPF statement only?
*
It's not possible anymore because someone who is not working could contribute to EPF nowadays.

it depends where you work too.. banks like RHB if u working at MNC or u hold certain position... just need minimal documents only .

when i apply SCB they just needs nothing from me

RHB need 1 month payslip only

OCBC need EPF only.

so different banks have different assessment on individuals

Hi, I was trying to made a online payment by amex gold card for buying books from other country, but it stated :
There were problems with the following fields:

The credit card americanexpress could not be authorized for payment: Generic Decline.

Is it we can't use amex card to do online payment or need to do some setup with maybank before can be use for online payment? Cuz around 1-2months ago i was trying to use the debit card to do online payment also declined(before this, i use for online payment no problem). Then after i called maybank, they set up for me just can use already.

Noob here.
First time use CC at petrol pump.
Use RM20, but get SMS that I spend RM250.
Direct call maybank to ask about it.

That is normal when you use your card at the pump, just a pre-authorized amount.

Cash back RM1.5m a month. That translates to RM30m spending a month at 5%.

Let say there are 100K Amex users, that works out to be RM300 spend per person per month.

thumbup.gif u calculate it!
would spend on some groceries and Airasia..

if McD registered its terminals as MCC5814 Fast Food, then eligible for dining cashback.

You may call Maybank CS and they will check and "revert" the cash back to you. Happen to other Dining outlets.
