Wanted to check, if my treat points expiry is from my banking account, how can I ask the maybank staff to redeem from those that going to expired? Coz i think they straight away deduct from the TP that I earned from credit card instead of banking acc..

You can tell the staff to redeem from which account first. Did that for parkson on the spot redemption.

U mean parkson can choose which acc to deduct too? Hmm.. I thought only maybank got this function..

You can try Parkson or Gama. If you prefer stores with groceries, then go for Gama.

for those who don't know what to redeem with your points, and if you are also active in using tng, the best is to convert your points to mydin vouchers and use it to reload your tng card.

is there RM0.53 charge for each reload? Any limit on reload amount?

Got a question on this 2 gold CC
- let say currently i have rm500 balance on the card, rm300 from purchasing another rm200 from cash advance (DESPERATE!!!), and i only manage to pay rm300 when the cycle end. Does that covers my cash advance or only my purchase? i knew that cash advance has lots of interest, so i want to cover that first. idk if q make sense but i'm just curious..is there anyway to find this out? i asked maybank but they ignored me :-(.

yes, 53 cents applied. rm500 max reload per time.

Why do you mean they ignored you? You emailed them? Call the number at the back of your card to reach them.

Most probably it will cover your cash advance first, but I don't know. Suggest you settle your outstanding balance to avoid any discrepancies .

Question out of curiosity, for reload TnGo using mydin voucher.. Do the cashier 1.) top up the tnGo 1st, only pay by voucher or 2.)make payment by voucher 1st only can top up ? Coz for top up using credit card, I notice they always swipe the CC while topping up & at the end failed to top up but CC transaction went through! Maybe have to change use mydin voucher method then...
