Yes, agree with you. Some people here should focus more on the package, service etc and not who is the person behind that, whether he/she is performing or making the right choice is none of your concern, leave that to Maxis management team to decide.

How funny is this, while all these so called 'loyal' or 'special' plan problem is on going, I got a called from Maxis said I am selected for upgrading my plan to rm188 per month, wtf, I am not even fully utilised my current monthly plan which is lower price of course...and maxis want me to upgrade pay more...clever strategy. I do really wonder how they 'select' customer based on 'customer data'

Yup, looks like an attempt to breed a bunch of hardcore Maxis fans that would advertise Maxis through words-of-mouth for free. It's every marketers' dream that every consumer advertise for their company without a costs.

This is the reason why maxis make many peoples mad.
Those upgrade plan should offer to the peoples finish quota or purchase booster every month.
Back to 4-6years ago, maxis CS/loyalty teams were really good. They really did the survey and offered suitable plan. I only spent 80% of my quota, they won't call me to upgrade, but was giving me RM10 rebate, and free upgrade quota once. I also received some cheaper broadband package, higher subsidized phone package, which were never received anymore last 3 years.

Looks like their FB team has gone on leave. Today, they haven't posted a reply to any of the angry customers to ask them to "AskMaxis" yet...

Yes, few years ago, Maxis CS/loyal team it was good.
But since 'Data War' started or maybe be some idiots running the marketing department or the loyal team now, is getting worse and worse their service, even Maxis store staff as well. They are ruining their own reputation.

If they are keeping quiet till the new plan is coming, chances are there will be no more offering of any special packages. Since it looks like every single calls, packages they offered got posted in this forum /maxis fb page
