Yes, agree with you. Some people here should focus more on the package, service etc and not who is the person behind that, whether he/she is performing or making the right choice is none of your concern, leave that to Maxis management team to decide.

This is the reason why maxis make many peoples mad.
Those upgrade plan should offer to the peoples finish quota or purchase booster every month.
Back to 4-6years ago, maxis CS/loyalty teams were really good. They really did the survey and offered suitable plan. I only spent 80% of my quota, they won't call me to upgrade, but was giving me RM10 rebate, and free upgrade quota once. I also received some cheaper broadband package, higher subsidized phone package, which were never received anymore last 3 years.
