QUOTE(idono @ Mar 22 2018, 08:48 PM)
hi all sifus~

Is there any method to clean a white car efficiently ?
Im driving white vios, old one.

my current cleaning process =
1. hand wash car with turtle wash and wax
2. dry
3. spray wax from turtle wax (to clean some stubborn stain + wax at the same time)

every 3 months
1. polish with luster 99 blue tin
2. Wax with turtle wax paste wax
*all by hand*

but i found that during normal car wash, a lot of dirts unable to be lifted and need more pressure during the spray wax process.

Is there any better way ?
or any products to be recommended?

Due to budget constraint, will slowly buy 1 by 1.

Thanks for the advice !!

Do This

1. After next wash, CLAY and clean the surface
2. Remaining contamination can cannot be remove, remove them with cleaner wax (e.g https://www.lazada.com.my/products/meguiars...Kyqk0&search=1)
3. IF you want swirl free surface then proceed with whatever polisher (start with mildest polisher)
4. ELSE apply a cost of wax (e.g https://www.lazada.com.my/products/soft-99-...FLOLv&search=1)

Subsequent Maintenance
5. Get a good shampoo what perform good cleaning YET doesn't strip off wax (much) https://www.lazada.com.my/products/meguiars...BpOprH&search=1
6. After each/multiple wash - Top up with LSP (e.g https://www.lazada.com.my/products/meguiars...JEHlp&search=1) or any 'Quick' product https://www.lazada.com.my/products/meguiars...BpOprH&search=1
OR
7. If you rajin, after each wax, reapply paste wax about mention.

My routine maintenance is 5 & 6. Once in a bluemoon do 1,2,7 (depend paintwork condition). 5 years only did like 2-3 times No. 3 only (2 times cincai, 1 time with machine) - My take is since its a daily use car, can't avoid swirl free.

HOW to keep your protection last longer ? Miniumising parking outdoor, expose to acid rain and moisture. If sunlight only get dust...

what I want to achieve is to protect the paint and also from scratches....
*
iif its a daily use car + park under open air/hot sun/acid rain/overnight sunlight that is mission impossible.

Coating only 'improve' ease of maintenance and slowdown dirty bonding (providing you have good protection on surface)...

Correct method and technique of regular washing and maintenance (top up of detailer, wax, sealant) is the KEY

I did steam cleaning on interiors before during my biz days. Bought the low end Karcher steam cleaner to do the work, works quite good especially for fabric interiors. For leather I prefer APC and a good soft bristle brush.

For exterior I have not tried before, but have seen videos from FB of some local mobile car wash service providers that use this as their selling point. Whether good or not, guess not too sure myself.
*
you scrub the fabric seat with APC and steam clean it ?

Where to find the box big enough for car? No test la. I feel quite inevitable to prevent from Sun Ray and heat.

Moon light also cannot kena meh? Jadi werewolf?
I noticed if parked in shaded area, less likely to get moist on car. My house covered half, half of it dry, the remain half is always moist from the condensation
*
moonlight - long exposure - get moisture and/or rain, early sun will dry it - water market. thats how u get for windows, windscreen and trim too...

Extend your car porch to full coverage la...

Im using Threebond Glass Coating for my car.. The tepi jalan snow wash can go ah? Or have to go to the fancy2 carwash?
*
why not. any coating can wash anywhere..its just the washing and drying technique killing the coating only...
