developer will sell bus to jmb at market price and jmb bares all operative cost.


don't expect developer to bare cost of bus and operative cost. developers are not that hor sim.

Last i hear from lil bird, too difficult to find driver of van and its not cheap to maintain.

Is Binastra workmanship & quality good?

i would say above average. recently i went to my friends home at Green residence also by Binastra. The quality is quite ok.

I think it varies by project? I have a friend who bought Citizen and he told me the workmanship not that good.

depending on personal preference and tolerance level... my fren say citizen above average for him... i would say those who kena alot defects... will main hentam... those who good luck or less attentive will think otherwise... who knows kan

ya.. totally agree. im working in the construction industry so i know different purchaser have difference tolerance level. for my company project, some owner can list out almost 300 defects while some owner might just list out less than 20 defects for the same project. But after all, those are their hard earn money so they have the right to ask us rectify.

I recall reading a member's comment some time ago that for some contractors, they'll rush their job for the units nearing the top floor and the latter itself, so the quality varies from bad to good around there. Not sure if this happens for some or most projects.

But from my experience of viewing a unit at the Reach where Binastra built it, but JL99 is the developer, the former's workmanship and quality is pretty good.

yea bro... actually very hard to determine a developer's workmanship in msia... because none of the developers are actually being consistent in their works... main reason due to various main con that they assigned for different projects... even those konon nya top developers also u can see their jobs from project to another project have different quality....

It also depends on tolerance level of eye witnesses.

It boiled down to how strict is the developer w their main cons.

Some houses developer sees already knew it wont escape being listed in defect list....

What does develoepr do? They dun care. They will leave it as it is and let the owner fill in the form.

Appreciation wise, umm, is it reasonable to expect developers will sell exact market value new projects these days?

Plus, its a mixed development, live or die see human traffic.

Fair analysis. The selling price is slightly high and I am not sure there is much room for appreciation. Is there any nearby development that is coming up which might be a potential booster?
