Other than that, I am not really sure.

Personally, I feel like trion smells a lot like a investment project but like I said, rental meh appreciation unknown.

What is the take up rate for Trion, how many % sold? Any picture on the sale board?

there are many things happening behind the scene that we aren't aware of.

beside, once the 1st block take up rate hit 70% or more, its good to go with next launch.

Mean the developer has strong cash flow or bridging loan prepared, could afford to build phase 2.

Is this confirm only 60%? Because the edge mentioned 86% take up rate

Anyone please confirm how many % trion sold?
