How high end inside the condo, when you come out from The Park and Park 2 car park and look at those people parking their cars blocking a lane of the road really a turn off.
DBKL and Police just tutup mata on those illegal park cars on the road side. Downgrade the condo environment.

Agree with you it's a turn off

Sometimes when exiting Pavilion, have to go through internal road with many cars by the side and see many nearby high density apartments

Park2 cannot directly exit to the Bkt Jalil highway?

At this kinda pricing it's bound to fail or at least trap naive buyers. Subsale wise, how many ppl can actually fork out 100k to 200k cash for down-payment, legal fees. Throw in reno and furnishing...

Even I feel those who plans to sell RM 1m and above are trapped... All fighting for a very small group of cash rich buyers

Ownstay still can. Wait till 10 years later.

for park 2, once you come out from the condo, keep to your right, make U-turn then you can go back out to bukit jalil highway, or another way is go from aurora that side to go back out.
