In my opinion, layout wise similar to Park Sky with a better improvement.

There are some things that make this the most premium property in Bukit Jalil.

The most premium home in bk jalil is in making. Full park view, unit facing west also blocked by Tower D of The Park 1 . So no need to worry for hot sun and bad fengshui facing west.

Park 1 should be a better product. Much bigger facilities and scale. Convenience wise, I personally think Park 1 is also good because it has easier access to all the signature shops. It is also much closer to Aurora Mall compared to Park 2

Positive part is ... you can access to the mall, shops and park easily...

Couple of schools nearby.... no uni nearby and no hospital nearby...

Definitely not prime area though...

Other than that.... bukit jalil area is very congested... with the mall.. I think it would get worse...

but then again... since the pandemic.. things might change... a lot of WFH arrangement now.... traffic might be better.... or if you WFH then it would help too...

Add another 10-20% rental amount on your pessimistic rental rates. I think Master at least can rent RM1600; RM1000 x 2 for the smaller rooms.

Bukit Jalil room rental rates much higher.

But so much work just to buy poorperty. I would just buy reits instead

I plan to rent a unit here but after viewed some units found that most of the ID furnishing units come with low quality furnitures, few hundreds $ sofa, dining set etc.

Something wrong here... we tenants rent your house for staying purpose but not for watching, those ID are over abundance

It was those in poorperly industry e.g SA, re agents brought ignorance buyers to boat to Holland.
