another question... for my weight n height... the machine says fat loss the hr should be 130 and 160 for cardio... wats the diff between the 2 hr's??? isnt running faster gonna burn more fats?

I wasnt really aiming for fat loss as much as rebuilding my stamina back slowly. 170 was a good borderline for my age so I get a lil bit of both world

Helloooooooooooooooooooo all  I'm still alive and kicking and happy! Down to almost 55kg with 6 days to go. Lost some muscles too due to lack of weight training but hey it's okay. Muscles - easy go, easy come. Fat cells on the other hand are stubborn little monkeys. Anyhoo, my plan is to revive my journal, maintain calories and restart my weight training for 2 weeks starting 12th of October and continue with Lyle McDonald's UD 2.0 starting 26th of October. Gosh I miss doing ketogenic diets so much! Should 2 months for me to hit 20% bf or 50kg (whichever first) before my birthday. Till then, take care people. w00t. Finished cutting yesterday. Manual scale registered me at around 54.5-55kg. Lost a lot of fat, as well as some muscles. Next cutting season after a week of maintenance cals starting today!  Food + workout journal will be back then

my breakfast alone, 4 white 2 whole eggs, 6 table spoon(100grams) of oats is already 580 calories =.=
1.5k is a little too extreme. no? and so many servings of BCAA =.=

one day i think i'm gonna count my average protein, carbs, fat and calorie intake. can u calculate for me? lol
i have a very good calorie/fat/protein/carbs couting website, but most of the measurement in cups.. the average cup we use to drink water cup?
