my breakfast alone, 4 white 2 whole eggs, 6 table spoon(100grams) of oats is already 580 calories =.=
1.5k is a little too extreme. no? and so many servings of BCAA =.= |

one day i think i'm gonna count my average protein, carbs, fat and calorie intake. can u calculate for me? lol i have a very good calorie/fat/protein/carbs couting website, but most of the measurement in cups.. the average cup we use to drink water cup? i need 4000 calories. not 3500. with specific calculation from other forums la
