It's easier to calculate macros from things with nutritional info. But then Msian infos useless la. The other day I saw a dodol labelled with 0.2g of fat per serving doh.gif

Ur diet is pretty clean jonesy. Just need to up the calories a bit if ur stalling. I read u hv to maintain around 3500kcals unsure.gif. That's just crazy.

i need 4000 calories. not 3500. with specific calculation from other forums la

swt =.=" i think i'm eating around 3-3.5k only. sad..

i have problem looking for food!!!!

I consume average less than 2k everyday sleep.gif

Anyway, if you guys are using symbian phone, there is one great software calls "Diets" that enables us to track down our food consumption daily, calculates the calories and the nutriets as well.
