lol...i just want to ask if stacked fan will increase CFM and static pressure, now ask me to buy new casing sweat.gif

yet another reason not to stack fans since its just for intake and exhaust only. btw it is good for radiators or heatsink cooler but still not practical, just buy better fans rather then paying double and wasting space.

I just tried stacking 2 of my xigmatek 12mm fan, the result is weird, the air blow out from the edge of the fan instead of focus on the middle

I think he means the rubber dampener normally used for vibration dampening. So you get a clean seal between the fans.

The air coming out not between the two fan, is the air is focus at the edge of the fin instead of blowing in a straight direction

even single fan also not focus in the middle. but there is one fan can do that, Silverstone AP121 Air Penetrator. can channel air in the middle. no other fans can do that iinm

any recommendation for 140mm fan for top exhaust? Lianli 8Fi

no need too high cfm, everything balance would be good enough (cfm,noise ratio,price,looks)

140 mm not so many choice laa bro. if u have extra budget might go for NB PK-3

its only good for air channeling and nothing more. and yes all silverstone fans are overprice and loud too.. i've used a few of them back then especially the fm series
