or only 1250sqft to choose?

850sqf only for Rumahwip. Non rumahwip only have 1 size, 1250 sqf.

Location is good, but it's just beside the muhibbah flat. Luckily the design entrance is different.

some usp:
Location - 5 mins walking distance to LRT station
Accessibility - via major highway such as KESAS, Bukit Jalil Highway, Old Klang Road and Jalan Puchong
Appreciation - opportunity by future development Bukit Jalil City, Paradigm Garden City and Awan Besar mixed development
Amenities - such as school, university and eateries
Affordable - pricing as low as RM400 PSF

some comparison in term of public transport:
Cheras new project 400m to MRT price RM480psf onwards
Kepong new project 800m to MRT price RM490psf onwards
This condo pricing as low as RM400psf onwards and 300m to LRT

Thanks for your input. After reading ur post, immediately i applied the Rumahwip unit. Haha

Probably will submit all doc within next week.

Any idea what's next? And not sure if got extra carpark for sell available for rumahwip unit? Seriously now days most family (those married with kids) at least having 2 cars. The road outside the condo are expected to became narrow and tiny due to road side parking.

Anyone have experience of applying rumawip? How long does it take them to verify docs and do we need to wait for application deadline closed then only we can know if we got chosen for the ballot?
