It's the same project, just beside the Vista OUG Rumawip. But has different guard house entrance and don't share any of the parking and facilities.

anyone deal with sales agent before for rumahwip?
how is it different go thru agent vs do it ourself? i mean fill in and submit form etc...

deal with agent is usually via developer, it's a faster approach compare to DIY.

my friend did, no need pay them. Developer will pay them comm.

If you secured a good unit, probably can give them a angpao.

The facade design quite disappointed
But overall PSF quite worth it but residence + rumawip in the same building

Hi peeps, sorry new here. Looking to potentially purchase first home..I read through the thread but just need some input for some questions :

1. Still got available units (residence & rumawip)?
2. The residence & rumawip are side by side, sharing the same land but separate facilities? (That's what i understand from the thread)
3. How many carparks for the residence unit?
4. Maintenance fee is RM 0.22/sqft including sinking fund
5. Expected completion date of project?

1) WIP and PPR no more.
2) not too sure. It seems to be sharing as I understand from the building layout, such as lift; but until the residential floors they're separated by access cards at the lift lobby.
3) 2, corner lots/units get +1 (extra rm 25k as well)
4) 0.22 including sinking fund, around rm 275 for 1250 sqft
5) end of 2021, 2022 or so.

I just went to view earlier today and looking to book already.
