Yeah you are right. But the price very attractive at RM400psf. Bumi get extra 5% discount.
Location is also convenient. Walking distance to LRT Muhibbah, easy access to KESAS/MRR2/MEX/LDP/Seremban & Sungai Besi highway.

PPA1M Block is also 660 units, seperate car park at their block. No facilities in this block, and they cannot come over to Block B facilities.

For Block B, 440 units are 1250 sqf (anyone can buy), and Rumahwip is 220 units are 850 sqf. Anyone can buy.

For rumahwip, price is estimated to be around RM300K.
You need to apply in the website https://rumawip.kwp.gov.my/
You can choose 3 option, remember to choose Vista OUG @ Platinum OUG.

Criteria below must be met:
1. First house buyer
2. Prove that you are working/staying in KL
3. Income below 10K for individual, or 15K for husband and wife
4. 18 years old and above.

After apply online, got to submit the required documents to Putrajaya.
Once you application is approved, wait for Rumahwip launching (no firm date as of now). Good luck yeah!!

850sqf only for Rumahwip. Non rumahwip only have 1 size, 1250 sqf.

Total 2 blocks, 660 units each block.
