May i ask for those who had submitted documents to putrajaya. How long the Rumawip website change the status from 'layak diproses' to 'sedang diproses' after the submission?

As compare with other project which documents are submitted to DBKL Jalan Raja Laut, status change after a day of submission.

after BNM issues statement on advise to reassess luxury high rise condo in KL, and now opposition even proposed to freeze rumawip project also

hope it wont impact this project, if yes, maybe there gone my ideal property

Anyone has floor plan to share? Which are free cost units and which are rumawip units? Wanna see which ones facing mini cemetery or facing highway

Those who only applied via govn website still waiting for developer call? Seem direct contact with SA is best solution if start accepting booking ady.
