you need to see the majority buyers are for ownstay or investment. For price wise, its unbeatable. The layout for 1250sqft is also very conducive for ownstay. If most of the buyers are for ownstay, i suppose they will keep this place clean and safe. You want more than 1000sqft condo with less than 500k, this is it. so judge yourself. cheers =)
