Turbo's do need more maintenance. But its becoming fairly common these days. I wouldn't worry about it at all.

BMW, Merc, Audi, VW...even Proton, Hyundai and KIA have turbos now for the Malaysian models.

Maybe the surprise would be a 2.0L Twin Turbo 200HP, 300Nm torque for all variants with no increase in pricing.

I was already very impressed with the specs on offer for the base 1.8L variant. And now the pricing is also 4K lower than previously estimated.

RM113,800 (OTR) for the 1.8L is a really good deal. Just 20K more than the Honda City but you get a C segment car, a brand new model, bigger interior, better specs, better design and more power.

If that's not value for money, I don't know what is.

Still got head banging. Look at the Civic 1.8L specs for only RM113,800.

I got 2.83% from CIMB for 9 yrs loan. 108K loan amount.

Its a soft turbo unlike VW, BMW, Ford, etc.

So don't expect any major adrenaline rush.

What u mean cheap? I think the interior is much higher quality that the rubbish Vios. And its better than the City. A lot of soft touch materials even on the 1.8L variant.

I was quite impressed with the general interior quality, the rear legroom and the comfort of the seats. Even though it was fabric, but the seats inclination and comfort was quite good.

Overall, im very impressed with the car and the specs on offer. For only RM113K+ OTR, the 1.8L is very good value.
