 I wonder for dented window frame, how would they rectify the problem?  |

Hmmm... is chipped tile considered small small defect? window rubber not well done? paint tears on wall? not sure if there are any developer that wouldn't do it but mine was corrected.
For dented window frame i assume they would need to replace it or smtg. |
