Heard from 2 drivers complained that GRAB remove their commission for the previous week because GRAB receive complain from customer about the drive.
And GRAB doesn't inform the driver which day/time the customer complained. Maybe it's a strategy to not pay GRAB drivers |

1 more question about Uber. Are they still having the fixed rate to KLIA?
When I tried to key in just now, it's showing a normal rate RM3x after deducting the RM7 promo code. So is this the price I'm paying? Or will it become a fixed rate later? I think the fixed rate is higher, around RM70 right? Thanks |

And i dont understand why they surged the charge to 2.9x suddenly...the trip was normal trip, no jam, nothing. Imagine, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday they charge me RM13, then suddenly, Thursday the fees increase to 30+, when i checked the receipt, i find that they surge 2.9x....

use promo code rm5, so need to pay anything ..... but reach my house got extra charged rm3.30 ..... celaka uber ... already complain to them thru apps but still no reply ..... pls becareful guys, especially when u r using debit/cc ..... n must double check  |
