I just had this situation happened to me yesterday. I made a complaint to Uber via the app and it said it was due to some GPS problem they have in their system. They agreed to refund the difference between the final fare and the upfront fare shown before booking.and....why should I be charged extra when you don't have enough driver ke, high demand ke, cos, at the beginning, the cost was agreed.
Need to complaint.
