today took uber, from lrt to house, about 3km, whole journey less than 10min , no jam nothing ......

use promo code rm5, so need to pay anything .....

but reach my house got extra charged rm3.30 ..... celaka uber ...

already complain to them thru apps but still no reply .....

pls becareful guys, especially when u r using debit/cc ..... n must double check

i just check from the receipt....

distant is 2.36km, total journey time is 3.45min ..... increase rm3.31 ... better than along..

i think can remove .... uninstall the apps n install again ... see can or not ??

they already refund me back ....

Uber fare is not fixed....sometime when u reach they will charge extra....

If u r not satisfy, then u can complain to them.....

Yeas, when u register a new cc, they charge u rm1, but they will refund u back....

U can check your statement next month....

Let say your promo code is rm10, but your trip is rm8, so will be rm0 la....

But if got traffic jam or driver dont follow waze, then the fare will increase.....then u need to pay extra la....

The trip is about 3km only, no jam, but the driver no follow waze, in the end need pay extra rm3....

Normally 3km trip, take about 3-5mins only...

This driver pusing pusing make the whole journey about 10mins....

But this proved, even now uber is not fixed price, still depend on driver got follow waze n traffic jam or not....

i prefer pay cash ma, so they refund in credit la ....

i dont like to use cc/debit card cos sometime travel many time cant remember all ...

then when read the cc statement, kepala pening ...
