I understand why i did not receive this promo code not because of attitude issue, and this is for selected customer which i understand Grab trying to reward loyal and frequent customer.

if you are not elligible for some codes, then just accept it. No use whining here. Some codes are for frequent riders. If you are not frequent riders, dont complain la.
